New Memory Worries Workshop launches in March

2 minute read

Do you – or does someone you love – have concerns about their memory?

Do you find you’re struggling to use everyday gadgets such as the TV remote control, or the microwave?

As well as causing anxiety, we know that memory issues can impact our day to day lives.

Safe place to chat

Our new Memory Worries Workshop will provide a safe place to come and chat about whatever is concerning you.

During the two hour session, our friendly Advisers will talking about:

  • different causes of memory problems
  • strategies to support memory
  • practical ways to boost brainpower

Where and when?

Our first Memory Worries Workshop will take place on Monday 31st March, from 2pm till 4pm at:
