Local NHS to host event about Advance Care Planning

2 minute read
LET’S TALK ABOUT TODAY, LET’S PLAN FOR TOMORROW is an event being run by NHS Oxford Health next month. The session will explore why Advance Care Planning is important for all of us – whatever our age.

As Palliative Anticipatory Care Specialist Joanne Thomas explains:

“Advance Care Planning is not about planning for death; it’s about planning for what matters most in life. Completing an Advance Care Plan gives people a voice in their future care, ensuring their wishes, values and preferences are understood and respected.”

The event is free and open to everyone.

Let’s Talk about today, let’s plan for tomorrow
  • Thursday 10th September
  • 1pm – 3pm
