Find what you enjoy

A dementia diagnosis doesn’t mean you have to stop doing what you enjoy – and it also doesn’t stop you trying new things!

Across Oxfordshire, there are lots of opportunities to stay active, and our Connect and Thrive Live event is a great opportunity to find out more about what’s on offer.

Discover and try a taster!

As well as a host of information stalls, there will be the chance to try out Tai Chi, participate in a seated dance class and join in a poetry workshop.

There will be delicious refreshments and live music too – so come along and enjoy browsing.
