A fun art workshop for African and Caribbean communities is happening at Risinghurst Community Centre on the 11th February.
‘Your beautiful brain’ workshop is for anyone over the age of 50, including people living with dementia and their carers, to discover how colouring in, doodling, drawing or painting can do wonders for your brain.
