Guideposts are hosting a taster Dementia Connect session at Lincroft Meadow Care Home, Kidlington on the 2nd of December from 10:30am-12:30pm.
Guideposts’ Dementia Connect group aims to improve quality of life for people living with dementia, while helping loved ones improve their wellbeing and confidence in their caring role. It offers people with dementia and other memory problems and their carers the opportunity to enjoy creative activities together.
