Free Safe and Well Visits from Oxfordshire Fire Service

Oxfordshire County Council’s Fire and Rescue Service offer free home Safe and Well Visits to see how they can help reduce the risk of fire in people’s homes.

These visits include a Home Safety Check which covers checking or fitting smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and helping plan a fire escape route. They can also give advice and signposting on alcohol use, staying well and warm, and scams and doorstep crime prevention. This service is designed to offer practical advice and peace of mind to older or vulnerable residents across Oxfordshire.
