Raising Money the Zumba Way!

Raising Money the Zumba Way!

On Sunday 19th November we hosted our first charity Zumbathon, and it was an amazing success! We had an impressive turnout of 14 Zumba® instructors and over 100 participants, all coming together for 2 hours of energetic Zumba. This form of exercise enables everyone to dance to great music and get fit in a fun way. We worked out to slow and fast rhythms which are based on simple versions of salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton dancing. Not only did we have a blast, but we also managed to raise over £900 for Dementia Oxfordshire!

The atmosphere in the hall was simply electric. It was a gathering of all ages and abilities, creating an entirely inclusive environment that buzzed with incredible vitality and passion.

Here are a few videos from the day.

A huge round of applause goes out to all of our energetic participants and the fantastic Zumba instructors!

    • You’re very welcome Keith.
As you can tell, we had a blast hosting the event as well!

We’re just trying to figure out when we can do something similar again!
