Healthwatch survey – Staying healthy & well

Estimated reading time: 1 minute(s)

Healthwatch Oxfordshire would like to hear from people (who live and work in Oxfordshire) about their experience of staying healthy and well.

  • What helps you stay healthy and well in Oxfordshire?
  • What makes it difficult to keep healthy and well?

If you would like to take part in this short, online survey, then click on this link  https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/yourhealthandwellbeing/

This survey is open until the end of August 2023.

You do not have to say who you are and Healthwatch will not identify you.

They wish to make sure your views are heard in the revised Health and Wellbeing Strategy for Oxfordshire. Their survey findings will be shared with the Health and Wellbeing Board.

If anyone has any queries please contact Healthwatch on 01865 520520 or hello@healthwatchoxfordshire.co.uk
