Find practical tools for coping with challenges and boosting your wellbeing with this free course.

Join this online eight-week course on Saturday mornings (10-12) from 15th May to learn about Mindfulness for Stress. The course is being funded through Abingdon and Witney college and so is FREE for all Oxfordshire residents (usually £250).

It’s a group course (max 12 people), and participants receive a set of free audio downloads/CDs to support their home practice between sessions, and a copy of ‘The Little Mindfulness Workbook’ by Gary Hennessey.
