Fantastic fundraising in Bicester

1 minute read

A huge thanks to St Edburgs Lodge 9233, Weyland Hall Bicester, who raised a phenomenal £1500 for Dementia Oxfordshire at their Ladies’ Festival earlier this month. Worshipful Master Michael Carder and his wife Lorraine presented the cheque to Dementia Oxfordshire’s Pip Speed, who runs the Memory Cafe in Bicester Methodist Church every month. Pictured on the right of Pip is Ken Johnston whose wife is a regular attendee at the memory clinic.

The importance of fundraising

The money will help us support more people living with dementia – and their carers – across Oxfordshire.
