Our Active Minds group is for people with a dementia diagnosis who are keen to get out and about around the county.
A different trip is planned for each month and are scheduled for different days each month, so do check the calendar.
There is a cost for some activities and others are free.

Inclusive Cycling with Cyclability

Cyclability is an Oxford based charity that offers a safe, inclusive cycling experience for all ages and abilities. With a huge range of adapted bicycles and tricycles, there is something for everyone.
£6 per person, includes drink and biscuit afterwards.
