Cycling Fun in the Sun

Cycling Fun in the Sun

Estimated reading time: 1 minute(s)

Cycling  is a great physical activity. It offers the benefits of getting outside, doing something fun, boosting mood and improving well-being. To promote these significant benefits, Young Onset Dementia Advisors (YODAs), decided to hold an #inclusivecycling event for their members. The event took place at the Horspath Athletics Track in Oxford. Held in partnership with Cyclability (previously known as Wheels for All).

YODA is a #youngdementiaoxfordshire service provided by Dementia UK. Their role is to provide support for people living with young onset dementia (where symptoms develop before the age of 65) and their families.

Just to say thank you for organising the cycling event. We both had a great time–it was lots of fun. We will definitely book to go again
