Leanne joined the team in May 2024 having previously worked in the NHS as a Children’s Nurse and in particular working with children in the community with complex health needs.
“As a naturally caring, compassionate and warm individual with a passion for wanting to help and support others, I am so pleased that I have an opportunity to help make a difference in my local community.
“Having my own experience with a family member living with Alzheimer’s I know only too well how important it is to receive information in a timely manner to help with planning and decision-making, and how difficult it can be to navigate through the difficulties the condition may present, the different options and information available. I believe in providing a person-centred approach to supporting those with dementia and their loved ones, empowering them to live as full and independent lives as possible.”
Normal working week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
