Jane joined Dementia Oxfordshire in 2023, having previously worked in the care industry for over twelve years, supporting people with dementia and their famiilies.
She says: “I am very keen on a person-centred approach, based on Tom Kitwood’s research and writings, which focus on seeing the person, not their dementia, but know that I will never stop learning as everyone’s journey is different.
“I am also passionate about ensuring that there is education and information available, which mean that communities and services can readily support families and their ongoing needs.”
