Mindfulness for Stress

Estimated reading time: 1 minute(s)

Find practical tools for coping with challenges and boosting your wellbeing with this free course.

Join this online eight-week course on Saturday mornings (10-12) from 15th May to learn about Mindfulness for Stress. The course is being funded through Abingdon and Witney college and so is FREE for all Oxfordshire residents (usually £250).
