Description
We aim to help support our service users independence whilst giving them additional help where they require it. We work closely with the NHS and Age UK to specialise in Dementia Care. We are here to offer support to our service users and their families to enable our service users to live the best quality of life possible. End of Life Care is also provided for people who are in the last months or years of their lives. We-Care aim to provide the best quality care to enable them to live as comfortably as possible.
