Sara joined us in early 2023, coming off the back of a prolonged career as a Macmillan Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist. This has put her in good stead for the role ahead of her due to her experience she gained working with those living with dementia.
“I am very passionate about person-centred dementia care, being able to offer individualised support to people living with dementia, their family and those important to them. I’m committed to enabling people living with dementia to live as well as they can at home, as part of their local community, with choice and dignity.”
