Ross joined Dementia Oxfordshire in February 2023, working alongside the Age UK marketing department in our Abingdon office.
Working closely with both Dementia Oxfordshire and Age UK Oxfordshire has enabled Ross to draw on all the influences around him and better align the service with the wider charity.
Previous to this job, Ross had graduated from Coventry University with a Business Management degree.
“I feel that my time at University has allowed me to hit the ground running at Dementia Oxfordshire. As a recent graduate, I’ve really enjoyed the office environment, it’s allowed me to leech off their brilliant workflows and ideas. Most importantly, I’ve had some great support that has allowed me to really grow into my new role.”
