SUMMARY:Thame Memories Cafe
DESCRIPTION:Thame Memories Cafe runs every Monday and Tuesday and is designed as a welcoming and stimulating environment for people living with dementia. \nOn Mondays\, the sessions are designed exclusively for those living with dementia. Sessions include games such as bingo and dominoes\, art\, seated exercise and singing. \nOn Tuesdays\, carers are invited to come along as well\, and enjoy a chance to connect with others. There is a carers’ hub space\, offering advice and support for carers. \nOnce a month\, our local Dementia Adviser is on hand to support and answer any questions. \nYou can self refer to the cafe\, or be referred by a health professional. \nFor more information\, please call Karen on 07498 823828 or email info@memoriescafethame.com
