SUMMARY:Ampleforth Carers Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Our Carers’ Workshop takes place on the 3rd Wednesday of the month and is a wonderful opportunity for carers to learn more about dementia\, connect with others in a similar situation\, maintain their well-being and navigate the journey of caring for someone with dementia\, in a safe and warm environment. \nEach month we’ll tackle a different difficult theme\, where we welcome guest speakers to come talk to us about a wide range of issues and opportunities. \nJoining is completely free and everyone is welcome!  \nThe Ampleforth Pub is located close to Oxford Bus routes and has plenty of parking. \nFor more information\, please contact Angela Bynoe at: Angelabynoe@dementiaoxfordshire.org.uk or call 07584148509.
