An opportunity to bring families, carers and those living with dementia together in a friendly social atmosphere, with refreshments provided - co-ordinated by dementia professionals.
Takes place on 3rd Tuesday of every month 2pm until 3.30pm.
Please take a Lateral Flow Test prior to joining.
